Bringing Anwyl's brand of thoughtful homes to locally targeted audiences TV via AdSmart from Sky
Anwyl Homes needed a way to showcase their unique brand of thoughtful homes due to go on sale in their development in Prescott, Knowsley. Keen to see a better return on marketing spend than their historic print-based activity, the housebuilder needed a way to connect with potential customers in the right locations with a new type of campaign.
Working closely with Anwyls Marketing team and our partners at Sky, we built a TV campaign that would air via Adsmart – targeting viewers likely to buy in the Prescot area. To connect with that highly targeted audience, we shot and edited a TV commercial that shows the thought and care that goes into each and every Anwyl home build and the lifestyle that creates for the families who live in then.
The Prescot campaign performed 11.4% above the engagement targets set by the client. Since the huge success of this first Anwyl TV Commercial Anwyl has commissioned four additional campaigns for other UK sites. Our concept allows these other versions of the commercial to be created with minimal post-production, saving Anwyl time and money on future campaigns.
